We utilize online tools including secure dropbox and fax services to exchange information and documents so physical location is irrelevant to providing timely responsive accounting and bookkeeping service to you and your business. You will think of us like the accounting department down the hall, even if we are miles apart.
Consultant Package-$100 per month
For independent contractors/consultants who use PayPal, Freshbooks
and WaveAccounting, we will manage your bookkeeping and up to
100 transactions per month using the above web based tools.
(limit of 10 invoices per month)
Start Out Right-$300
Setup online cloud based bookkeeping software for one business
Startup Package- $500 per month*
Monthly bookkeeping including up to 50 AR or AP
transactions per month, bank reconciliation and
quarterly financial statements.
Success Package-$1,000 per month*
Monthly bookkeeping including up to 100 AR or AP
transactions per month, bank reconciliation and
monthly financial statements
Add on Payroll to any of the above
DIY Payroll for up to 5 employees-$25 per month billed quarterly
($2.00 per month, per employee over 5)
A la carte-
Bookkeeping Services $30 per hour
Professional Accountant $50 per hour
Consulting/CFO services $125 per hour

*There is a $300 setup fee for both the Startup and Success Packages, which will be refunded after a one year commitment. We don't limit your bookkeeping software choice to one or two packages and will consult with you prior to setting up your software to find the application that is best suited for your individual needs. We support a broad range of SaaS accounting applications including Quickbooks, Waveaccounting, Outright, Xero, Freshbooks and many others.
